THE BRIEF

Document Minnesota DECA’s State Competition by producing daily recap assets throughout the event, culminating in a comprehensive full-event highlight video that captures the spirit and impact of the experience.

THE SPARK

With high school students as the target audience, let’s develop an energetic, fast-paced campaign driven by student voices, highlighting what makes DECA unique—while creating a sense of FOMO for those who aren’t yet involved.

THE DELIVERY

We produced three unique assets delivered across the three-day event, designed with one goal in mind: maximize views and shareability. Each piece premiered live in front of over 7,000 students at the competition, then hit social platforms immediately after to keep the momentum going.

By spotlighting key student moments and dialing up the energy, we showed that DECA is more than just a business organization—it’s a movement. It’s a contagious, high-impact environment that sets students up for success long after the caps hit the ground at graduation.

The results speak for themselves: over 15% year-over-year growth in student membership, a 97% increase in platform visibility and views, and viral-level shareability that extended far beyond the event. Our goal was to elevate DECA’s presence and reach new students throughout the year—and over the last three years, we’ve done exactly that.
